绵羊毛皮的酸膨胀处理及其性能研制

摘　　要：将绵羊皮在0.04mol/L的甲酸液中膨胀24h,膨胀均匀、适度,未发现掉毛以及皮质过度损失现象;酸膨胀后在0.8mol/L氯化钠和0.04mol/L甲酸的浸酸液中消除酸膨胀。结果发现:酸膨胀可以有效地松散胶原纤维,对弹性纤维、肌肉组织也有一定的削弱作用。制得的毛皮皮板柔软、丰满、富有弹性,绵羊毛皮的机械强度和收缩温度都有明显提高,并且基本消除了绵羊毛皮分层现象。Sheepskin swelled uniformly and moderately in 0.04mol/L formic acid after 24h, with no phenomenon of wool and skin loss. Afterwards, the acid - swelled sheepskin was soaked in the mixture solution of 0.04mol/L formic acid and 0.8mol/L salt to eliminate acid - swelling. Acid - swelling can effectively loose collagen fibers, elastic fibers and muscle tissue to some de- gree. After this treatment, the mechanical properties and shrinkage temperature of sheep - fur improved significantly. Meanwhile, the given properties of softness, fullness, elasticity of sheep - fur are better. The sheep - fur stratification is eliminated.
