摘  要:目的探讨缺氧缺血性脑病(hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy,HIE)患儿血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosisfactor-α,TNF-α)、白细胞介素-1β(interleukin-1β,IL-1β)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(matrix metalloproteinases-9,MMP-9)水平的变化。方法采用ELISA法检测49例HIE患儿(轻度22例,中度15例,重度12例)(HIE组)和20例正常新生儿(对照组)血清TNF-α、IL-1β、MMP-9水平并进行相关分析。结果 HIE组血清IL-1β、TNF-α、MMP-9高于对照组(P<0.05);HIE组TNF-α、IL-1β和MMP-9水平于出生后12h明显增加(P<0.05),TNF-α与IL-1β水平24h达高峰,MMP-9水平48h达高峰,之后开始下降;MMP-9与TNF-α、IL-1β水平正相关(r=0.582、r=0.724,P<0.05)。结论 IL-1β、TNF-α、MMP-9参与了HIE的发生、发展。Objective To explore the changes of serum tumor necrosis factor-a(TNF-α), interleukin-1β (IL-1β), matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) in newborns with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE). Methods The levels of serum TNF-α, IL-1β and MMP-9 were measured in 49 newborns with HIE (22 cases of mild, 15 cases of moderate and 12 cases of severe HIE) and 20 normal controls by using ELISA, and their correlations were analyzed. Results The serum levels of IL-1β, TNF-α and MMP-9 were significantly higher in newborns with HIE than those in normal controls (P〈0.05). The levels of TNF-α, IL-1β and MMP-9 were significantly higher in 12 hours after birth (P〈0.05), the levels of TNF- α and IL-1β reached the peak in 24 hours, the level of MMP-9 reached the peak in 48 hours, and then began to decrease in newborns with HIE. The MMP-9 level was positively correlated with the levels of TNF-α and IL-1β (r=0. 582,0. 724, P〈0.05). Conclusion IL-1β, TNF-α and MMP-9 participate the occurrence and development of HIE.
