第二活性金属组分对沼气重整制氢催化剂Ni/La_2O_3-γ-Al_2O_3性能与结构的影响

摘  要:用浸渍法制备了添加不同第二金属组分M的NiM/La2O3/γ-Al2O3催化剂,考查第二活性金属组分对沼气重整制氢催化剂Ni/La2O3/γ-Al2O3的结构及催化性能的影响,并运用XRD、H2-TPR、BET及TG-DSC等对催化剂进行表征。结果表明:第二活性金属的添加增强了催化剂中金属与载体的相互作用,使催化剂的还原温度升高;第二活性金属的引入还可使催化剂还原后的金属颗粒变小,小晶粒能提供更多的活性面,从而使催化剂的抗积碳性和活性得到较大改善,但Cu的加入却使Ni晶粒有所长大。大部分添加了第二活性金属组分催化剂的活性和稳定性均比单金属催化剂要好,其中NiCo/LaAl表现出最好性能。Second metal (M) modified catalysts NiM/La2O3/γ7-Al2O3 (M = Fe, Co, Cu, Zn, or Mn) prepared with incipient wetness impregnation were used to biogas reforming for hydrogen production, and they were also characterized by XRD, H2-TPR, BET and TG-DSC, respectively. The biogas used in our experiments was simulated with CH4 and CO2 (CH4/CO2 = 1 ). The results of experiments showed that the introduction of second metal could enhance the interaction between the metal and carrier, which manifests as increment of reduction temperature ; the aggregation of the particles can be significantly decreased by adding second metal to the precursor solution except Cu. And particles with smaller grain size could be finally obtained, the majority of which could improve the activity, stability and anti-coking ability of the catalyst during the reaction. Overall, the optimum second metal modified catalyst should be NiCo/LaAl.
