摘　　要：阴道微生态是女性生殖系统健康的重要指标,多种因素可影响阴道微生态的平衡,继之引起阴道内源性和外源性微生物入侵而发生各种阴道炎,重者引起慢性宫颈炎、宫颈癌及卵巢、输卵管肿瘤等疾病,严重影响患者的身体健康与生活质量。临床上常见的妇科肿瘤都存在着明显的阴道微生态系统失衡,了解并关注阴道微生态环境的平衡,对妇科肿瘤的预防、治疗及术后健康恢复与维持具有重要的临床意义。Vaginal microecology are important indicators of the health of the female reproductive system.A variety of factors can affect vaginal micro-ecological balance,resulting in the invasions of endogenous and exogenous microorganisms into vagina and causing diseases such as vaginitis,chronic cervicitis,cervical and ovarian cancer,fallopian tube cancer,and other diseases which seriously affect patients＇ health and quality of life.Clinically common gynecological tumors are generally accompanies with obvious imbalance in vaginal micro-ecosystems.To understand and pay attention to the balance of micro-ecological environment of the vagina if of great significance for the prevention and treatment of gynecological cancers as well as the post-surgery recovery and care
