摘 要:针对目前机电液一体化模型建立后,模型中参数难以快速准确标定的问题,把响应面思想应用于中型挖掘机这一类机电液一体化模型参数标定。采用键合图理论建立挖掘机动态数学模型,通过响应面法与遗传算法相结合,实现系统仿真模型中未知参数的自动优化与标定。研究结果表明,把响应面法与遗传算法结合起来,对挖掘机仿真模型中未知参数进行自动优化与标定,具有一定可行性,使用优化标定后的参数,模型仿真曲线与实验曲线吻合度更好。研究结果对挖掘机优化设计有指导意义。Aiming at the difficulty of fast and accurate parameter calibration after the establishment of integrated mechanic-electronic-hydraulic model,the response surface methodology(RSM) was applied to calibrate the unknown parameter of medium excavator model as well as other integrated mechanic-electronic-hydraulic models.Automatic optimization and calibration for unknown parameter in the simulation model of excavator could be realized by the combination of RSM and genetic algorithm(GA) while the bond graph theory is used to establish the dynamic mathematical model.The research results indicated that it was feasible to combine the RSM and GA for the automatic optimization and calibration of the unknown parameter and the curvature tolerance of the model simulated curve and experimental curve was more closed after the adoption of optimized and calibrated parameter.Numerical results are available for the optimization design of the excavator.
