摘  要:吸尘口是真空清扫车气路系统的关键部件,对清扫车吸尘能力起着决定性的作用。传统吸尘口往往是基于经验类比进行设计的。为了更加合理地设计吸尘口,文中借助于计算流体动力学(Computational Fluid Dynamics,CFD)软件分析了吸尘口结构参数对吸尘能力的影响。结果表明:侧板水平倾角与吸管直径的增加,侧板铅垂倾角的减小,以及后挡板高度的降低,均有利于从速度与压强方面整体改善吸尘效果;后板倾角将主要影响吸管入口压强的变化;前板圆弧半径的增大将降低进口速度与吸管入口的压强。该研究对真空清扫车吸尘口的设计具有实际的指导意义。Dust sucking mouth as one of vacuum sweeping vehicle’s key parts plays a decisive role on dust sucking ability.Traditional dust sucking mouth is designed based on analog design.In order to more reasonably design the dust sucking mouth,the influences of its structure parameters on dust sucking ability is analyzed by means of computational fluid dynamics(CFD) software.The results shows the dust sucking effect in both speed and pressure may be improved because of the increase in the horizontal inclination of the side plate or diameter of sucking pipe,and decrease in the height of the backboard;the pressure in the entrance of inhaling pipe is influenced by the inclination of backboard;both the entrance speed through the front board and the pressure in the entrance of inhaling pipe will be reduced.This research has a quite strong practice meaning for the design of the dust sucking mouth vacuum of sweeping vehicle.
