摘　　要：介绍了一种高精度的小流量多头泵的供油原理及典型结构,以经典流体理论为基础,进行了流量分析、油膜特性分析,最后通过在一台重型机床上运用,得出了油膜加载及升温下的变化情况,有助于生产实践借鉴。This paper reports a highly precise small flow multi-head pump and introduces the oil supplying principle of the small flow multi-head pumps and its typical structure.The analysis of flow and oil film characteristics is processed based on the classical theory of fluids.Finally,by using it on a heavy machine tool,the variation of oil film under different load and temperature conditions is obtained,which is useful for production practice.
