摘  要:为了探讨党参和黄芪根际土壤水浸液对亚麻的化感作用,采用生物测定方法,研究党参和黄芪根际土壤水浸液在0.5、0.25、0.125和0.062 5g·mL-1 4个质量浓度下对亚麻种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,2种草药根际土壤水浸液对受体亚麻种子吸胀过程中相对吸水量的增加有抑制作用,抑制程度随其质量浓度的升高而增强;亚麻种子萌发和幼苗生长在低质量浓度时表现为化感促进作用,在高质量浓度时表现为化感抑制作用,对亚麻幼苗渗透调节物质可溶性糖、丙二醛(MDA)和游离脯氨酸(Pro)含量都有显著影响。In order to study the allelopathy of rhizosphere soil aqueous extract form Codonopsis pilo sula and A. membranaceus on Linurn usitatissirnum, effects of the extracts on seed germination and seedling growth of Linum usitatissimum were measured under four different mass concentration treat- ments, 0.5,0.25,0.125,0.062 5 g· mL-1. The results showed that aqueous extracts inhibited the seed relative imbibition and the inhibition effects increased with the rise of treatment mass concentra tion. The seed germination rate, germination index and seedling growth could be stimulated in low mass concentration, but restrained in high mass concentration. The content of osomolyte, soluble sugar, malondialdehyde (MDA) and free proline (Pro) in the leaf were affected significantly.
