摘  要:目的:建立白头翁配方颗粒的高效液相指纹图谱,为白头翁配方颗粒的鉴别、质量评价与控制提供实验依据。方法:采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法,Waters XbridgeTMC18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)为色谱柱;乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,检测波长210 nm,柱温40℃,流速0.8 mL.min-1。结果:建立了白头翁配方颗粒的高效液相指纹图谱,以白头翁皂苷B4为参照,确定了12个共有峰为特征峰,对照指纹图谱色谱峰丰富,分离度高,相似性好。结论:该方法可用于白头翁配方颗粒的鉴别、质量评价与控制。Objective: To establish the fingerprint of Radix Pulsatillae Formula Granules for identifying and evaluating its quality by HPLC.Method: The HPLC analysis was carried out in Waters XbridgeTM C18 column(4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm) with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric by gradient elution.The detection wavelength was set at 210 nm;the column temperature was kept at 40 ℃ and the flow rate was 0.8 mL.min-1.Result: Eighteen peaks were selected as the character fingerprint peaks of Radix Pulsatillae Formula Granules with the identified of pulchinenoside B 4.Good similarities were found in the established fingerprint through similarity analysis and the resolution was good.Conclusion: The method can be used as the quality control for Radix Pulsatillae Formula Granules.
