HPLC测定九节茶肿痛宁乳膏中异嗪皮啶与迷迭香酸的含量

摘　　要：目的:建立HPLC测定九节茶肿痛宁乳膏中异嗪皮啶与迷迭香酸含量。方法:采用Hypersil ODS C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)柱,以0.1%甲酸乙腈-0.1%甲酸水溶液为流动相,检测波长330 nm,柱温30℃,流速1 mL.min-1。结果:异嗪皮啶在4.06～64.96 mg.L-1线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),平均回收率100.48%,RSD 0.73%;迷迭香酸在12.3～196.8 mg.L-1线性关系良好(r=0.999 3),平均回收率101.98%,RSD 1.5%。结论:方法简单、准确、重复性好,能有效的控制该制剂的质量。Objective： To develop the HPLC method for the determination of isofraxidin and rosmarinic acid in Sarcandra Zhongtongning cream.Method： The chromatographic separation was performed on Hypersil ODS C18（4.6 mm ×250 mm,5 μm） column.Acetonitrile with 0.1% formic acid-0.1% formic acid was used as mobile phase.Detection wavelength was at 330 nm,column temperature was maintained at 30 ℃,the flow rate was 1.0 mL.min-1.Result： Isofraxidin was linear in the range of 4.06-64.96 mg.L-1（r =0.999 9）.The average recovery and relative standard deviation were 100.48% and 0.73% respectively.Rosmarinic acid was linear in the range of 12.3-196.8 mg.L-1（r =0.999 9）.The average recovery and relative standard deviation were 101.98% and 0.1.5% respectively.Conclusion： This method was simple,accurate and specific with good reproducibility.It can be effectively used for the quality control of Sarcandra Zhongtongning cream.
