摘 要:为辅助桥梁倒塌事故责任鉴定,系统研究了桥梁倒塌过程分析有限元后处理相关关键技术,具体包括以下内容:(1)设计了基于面向对象思想自主开发的有限元后处理程序总体架构;(2)研究并编程实现了大文件分块读取、单元生死显示等后处理关键技术;(3)在简化处理总体应力磨平方法的基础上,研究了实体单元高斯点应力外推节点应力算法;(4)用C#和VS.net 2005开发了有限元计算结果及重要性评价云图显示程序;(5)分别在双跨石拱桥模型、悬臂箱梁模型和堤溪沱江大桥倒塌过程分析中对上述后处理关键技术进行了应用和验证。研究结果表明:(1)用开发的后处理系统进行有限元后处理计算是可行的,其结果与Abaqus和SM-Solver计算结果基本一致;(2)采用分块读取有限元计算结果大文件可以有效提高桥梁倒塌过程显示的流畅性;(3)单元生死显示模块可以动态地展现桥梁倒塌过程,为事故原因分析提供技术支持。In order to assist the responsibility identification of accidents of bridge collapse, the related key technologies of finite element post-processing for analysis of bridge collapsing process are researched systematically. It includes the following aspects: (1) the general framework of self-developed program for finite element post-processing on the basis of object-oriented idea is designed; (2) the key technologies like blocking read of large files and display of element birth and death are discussed and programmed; (3) the extrapolation of node stress from Gauss point stress in solid element is discussed after simplifying the method of general stress smoothing; (4) the display program for FE calculation results and importance evaluation nephogram is developed with C# and VS. net 2005; (5) the above related key technologies are applied and verified in the models of double-span stone arch bridge, cantilever box-beam and Dixi Tuojiang bridge respectively. The results indicate that (1) it is feasible to use the developed program for finite element post-processing calculation, and the result conforms well to those obtained by Abaqus and SM -Solver; (2) reading the large files of finite element calculation result by block can effectively make the display of bridge collapsing process smoother; (3) the display module of element birth and death can dynamically show the bridge collapsing process, which can provide help for the analysis of the cause of accident.
