摘  要:为探寻黑龙江省冬小麦合理种植模式,利用田间大田试验,设置播种方式和追肥时期处理,探讨对冬小麦根系生理活性及子粒品质的影响。结果表明,拔节期追肥可显著提高生育后期根系活力、SOD活性、POD活性,延缓根系衰老。拔节期追施适量氮肥可促进子粒蛋白的转移、积累,显著提高子粒蛋白组分含量。追氮时期的后移有助于提高子粒沉降值及容重。沟播各生育时期根系活力、SOD活性、POD活性明显高于平播处理,沟播各追肥处理蛋白组分含量、沉降值、容重明显高于平播处理的。综合来看,黑龙江省冬小麦采取沟播种植模式,结合拔节期追施氮肥150kg/hm2,有助于生育后期根系活力维持及品质改善。In order to investigate optimal planting modes ot winter wneat,w~ uu.uu r mine the effects of root physiological activity and grain quality of winter wheat in different planting patterns and top- dressing dates. The results showed that top-dressing during the jointing stage increased significantly root activity, SOD activity,and POD activity at late growth stage and delayed the caducity of root. Top-dressing moderate nitrogen during the jointing stage would help grain protein transfer and accumulate and improve significantly grain protein constituent content. After shift of top-dressing nitrogen stage could help improve grain sedimentation value and vol- ume-weight. Trench sowing made the root activity, SOD activity, and POD activity larger and grain sedimentation value and volume-weight heavier than that of flat planting in different periods. In general, trench planting pattern combined with the nitrogen fertilizer application at jointing stage for 150kg/hm2 could contribute to the root activity at late growth stage of maintaining and improving the grain quality of winter wheat in Heilongjiang province.
