摘 要:采用AFLP(Amplified fragment lengthpolymorphism)技术初步分析了采自黑龙江省稻田49个稻瘟病菌的遗传多样性。这些菌株在0.68的相似水平上被划分为6个宗谱,宗谱G1和G3为优势宗谱,均含有17个菌株,各自占菌株总数的35.1%。在0.90相似水平上被划分为48个宗谱,显示丰富的遗传多样性。人工接种结果表明多数稻瘟病菌株具有强或较强致病力,占69.23%。上述结果为了解黑龙江省稻瘟病菌群体结构特征及水稻抗稻瘟病育种提供信息。The genetic diversity of population of Magnaporthe oryzae isolated from rice variety Kongyu 131 in Hei- longjiang province was assessed with amplified fragment length polymorphism (AFLP). The results showed that there were 6 genetic lineages at 0.68 similar linkage distance level, with 2 specific lineages ( G1 and G3 ), each of them include 17 strains,which was account for 35.1% ,respectively. The results also showed that there were 48 genetic lineages at 0.90 similar linkage distance level, which displayed a high genetic diversity. Moreover, nine isolates ex- hibited higher pathogenicity by inoculation analysis. Our results provide useful information for rice variety deploy- ment and breeding resistant to blast in Heilongjiang province.
