斯皮仁诺治疗甲真菌病的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的分析研究斯皮仁诺治疗甲真菌病的临床疗效及安全性。方法 76例甲真菌病患者给予口服斯皮仁诺胶囊200mg,2次/d,早晚餐同服,连用1周,停药3周为1个疗程。指甲真菌病患者用药2个疗程,趾甲真菌患者用药3个疗程。结果治疗后,指、趾甲真菌病有效率分别为95.12%和91.43%,不良反应发生率为5.26%。结论斯皮仁诺治疗法对甲真菌病的治疗具有疗程短、疗效高、副作用小的优点,值得推广。Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of sporanox for treatment of tinea unguium.Methods 76 patients with tinea unguium were selected to take 200 mg of sporanox twice orally with breakfast and dinner every day for 1 week and then stopped for 3 weeks,which counted as 1 treatment course.Of the 76 patients,the patients with fingernail mycosis took medicine for 2 treatment courses and the patients with toenail mycosis took medicine for 3 treatment courses.Results The total effective rate in the fingernail mycosis and toenail mycosis were 95.12% and 91.43%,the rate of untoward reaction was 5.26%.Conclusion Sporanox therapy has short treatment course,high efficacy and small side effects in the treatment of tinea unguium,and worthy of clinical application.
