摘　　要：本文着重阐述了全自动冷芯盒射芯机液压控制系统的设计特点。从液压控制方面分析了如何降低设备功率损耗、提高设备运行速度和生产效率以及提速后如何保证设备运行平稳、无冲击,以确保设备的精度、产品质量,延长设备使用寿命。The design characteristic of hydraulic control system for a high-performance automatic cold box core shooter has been mainly discussed. With hydraulic system control aspect, that how to reduce device power loss, improve equipment operating speed and production efficiency have been analyzed, that is, with increased machine speed, how to ensure the equipment to run smoothly without impact and by ensuring the accuracy of the equipment, get a better product quality and a longer equipment life cycle.
