摘  要:采用源汇法和数学解析法相结合的方法设计轴流式止回阀的阀芯线型,利用等强度线源与直线均匀流叠加法以及精确数学表达法,分析推导了阀芯中阀瓣和导流罩的表面曲线数学表达式,解析推导了轴流式止回阀的流阻系数。以此方法对某型号的轴流式止回阀阀芯的线型进行改进设计,计算了改进前后的阀门流阻系数,通过对比分析可知流阻系数降低明显,此研究结果可为轴流式止回阀阀芯的线型设计提供一定的理论分析和计算方法。The line-type of axial check valve spool is designed by adopting singularity distribu- tion method and mathematical analytic method, the superposition of the equal intension of linear source with parallel flow and accurate mathematical expression method are applied to analysis the surface curve mathematical expression of spool and deducing flow resistance coefficient of axial check valve. And this way is used to improve the line-type design of certain type of axial check valve spool, calculated flow resistance coefficient of the before and after of improved valve and compared, flow resistance coefficient reduced obviously. The results may provide theoretical a- nalysis and calculation method for line-type design of axial check valve spool.
