摘　　要：针对某润滑油加氢厂进口新氢-循环氢联合压缩机组发生的3次关键组件烧损事故,进行了原因分析及相应的改造。优化改造后,机组运行状况良好,确保了装置的安稳、长周期运行。For the three accidents of key components thermal ablation, which happened to the imported 4A3＋R hydrogen combined compressors of a lubricating oil hydrogenation plant, the primary reason was identified and corresponding maintain was given. After those, the compres- sors are running well, ensuring safety and tong period running of the plant.
