摘　　要：为满足国家天然气输送管的性能要求,中国重型机械研究院股份公司(简称中国重型院)为中国石油集团石油管工程技术研究院研制了国内首台轴向压缩-弯曲复合大变形试验系统。本文主要介绍了该试验系统的设备组成特点、主要技术参数和采用的一些关键技术。现场的多次试验管复合大变形试验表明,该试验系统可进行压缩-弯曲复合大变形试验,实验结果能满足设计要求,运行稳定可靠,为天然气输送用国内输送管的实际应用提供了可靠的试验数据。In order to meet the performance requirements of state natural gas pipeline, the China National Heavy Machinery Research Institute Co. , Ltd. has developed the China＇s first set of axial compression-bending composite large deformation testing system for CNPC Tubular Goods Research Institute. The equipment compo- sition, testing process, main technical parameter and several key techniques of the testing system were introduced. Many composite large deformation tests conducted in site approved that this system has reasonable pa- rameters, proper performance to meet the design requirement, and stable and reliable operation to achieve the international leading level and provide a reliable test data for practical use of domestic natural gas pipeline.
