摘　　要：通过介绍"十一五"期间北京市开展建筑节能融资的基本情况,分析了国外开展合同能源管理的几种商业模式,在此基础上,设计了"十二五"期间北京市建筑节能市场融资机制的总体思路与基本模式,提出了"十二五"期间北京市开展建筑节能市场融资机制的具体对策措施。Abstract： In this article, the author first introduces the basic financial situation of building energy efficiency during the eleventh-five year period in Beijing, then analyzes several market models of implementing energy management contracts abroad ; on the basis of this study then, outlines the general idea and basic model of market finance of building energy efficiency during the twelfth-five year period; finally, the author puts forward the specific countermeasures of implementing a market finance mechanism of building energy efficiency during the twelfth-five year period.
