摘　　要：30多年来的中国改革开放,在取得巨大成就的同时,也面临着社会稳定的风险和挑战。由于多重因素的影响,一些地方政府和官员采取了"权力维稳"、"高压维稳"和"摆平"的策略,这反而使社会稳定陷入了恶性循环的困境。事实表明,只有坚持依法治国基本方略,采取法治思维和法治方式来重建施政合法性和维稳机制,社会稳定和谐的法治秩序才能真正建立起来。Great achievements have been made over the past 30 years of reform and open policy, but the risks and challenges have also been brought against the social stability.
