摘　　要：人大代表的代表性、代表选举的民主化与人大监督的制度化是近年来人民代表大会制度研究的热点问题。在评述上述三个方面研究成绩的同时提出,学术界应该深具问题意识,推动我国人大研究向纵深发展。The representativeness of the representatives of People＇s Congress, the democratization of the election of representatives, and the institutionalization of the inspection of People＇ s Congress are the hot issues in the study of People＇ s Congress System in recent years. On the base of reviewing the achievements made in the above three aspects, it is suggested here in this article that scholars concerned should cherish a deep awareness of problems so as to push forward the development of the study of People＇ s Congress System in our country.
