摘　　要：应用型复合型法律人才是知识结构融专业知识与人文素养于一体、以职业能力为核心能力养成、以公正情怀为职业准则追求、具有国际视野之事业眼界的法科人才,此类人才的职业能力和素养养成离不开有效的知识供给,现行为法科学生提供知识供给的法学课程体系难以满足此种需求,因此,优化课程体系是培养应用型复合型人才的关键。The compound talented law person is the talented law person with the knowledge structure including special- ized knowledge and social accomplishment, with the ability that the core is the professional ability, with the professional pursuing of fair feelings, with the international career outlook. In order to train such law person, the valid knowledge must be provided. The present law curriculum system is difficult to satisfy this kind of need. So the curriculum system optimized is the key to train the compound talented law person.
