摘　　要：分析了亚麻织物在穿着过程中的性能特点,根据夏装面料的性能要求合理地进行了产品原料、纱支选择及织物组织规格设计,指出了产品在生产过程中存在的问题并对存在的问题进行了分析,给出了产品生产的关键技术措施.通过对开发产品及对比样品的透气、透湿、柔软性及抗皱性能的测试与分析,得出结论:通过合理的设计,二重组织完全可以用于夏季轻薄型夏装面料.Based on the performance requirements for summer wear, material and yarn count and design fabric weave specifications are selected reasonably. This paper points out and analyzes the existing problems during the productive process, and provides the key technique and measures for production. By analyzing and testing the air permeability, moisture-penetrability, softness and the wrinkle resistance of developed product and its comparison, it turns out that by designing reasonably, backed weave can be applied to produce lighted-weighted summer fabric.
