摘 要:目的观察瑞舒伐他汀(10mg·kg-1·d-1)对2型糖尿病大鼠血非对称性二甲基精氨酸(asymmetric dimethylarginine,ADMA)水平的以及对内皮功能的影响。方法 16只2型糖尿病大鼠随机分成糖尿病组(糖尿病组),糖尿病瑞舒伐他汀干预组(瑞舒伐他汀组)各8只,另选择喂以普通饲料的8只大鼠为正常组,8周后检测三组空腹血糖、血清甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)及血浆ADMA水平。结果①与正常组对比,糖尿病组及瑞舒伐他汀组LDL-C、TG、TC、血浆ADMA水平均明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);HDL-C均明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②瑞舒伐他汀组LDL-C、TG、TC、ADMA水平均低于糖尿病组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);HDL-C水平高于糖尿病组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病大鼠血糖升高,血脂代谢紊乱,血ADMA水平明显升高,内皮功能受损;瑞舒伐他汀能够改善血脂代谢紊乱,降低ADMA水平,明显改善2型糖尿病大鼠血管内皮功能。Objective To observe the influence of Rosuvastatin (10 mg .kg-1.d-1) for asymmetric dimethylarginine (ADMA) and endothelial function in type 2 diabetic rats. Methods 16 type 2 diabetic rats were divided into the diabetes group and Rosuvastatin group, with 8 rats in each group, and 8 rats with normal diet were selected as the normal group. The fasting blood glucose, serum triglycerides (TG), total cholesterol (TC), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and plasma ADMA levels of three groups were detected and compared. Results ①Compared with the normal control group, the LDL-C, TG, TC, ADMA level in diabetes group and Rosuvastatin group increased significantly, while HDL-C decreased significantly, and the differences were statistically significant (P〈0.05). ②The LDL-C, TG, TC and plasma ADMA in the Rosuvastatin group were higher than those in the diabetes group (P 〈0.05), but the HDL-C in the Rosuvastatin group was lower than that in the diabetes group (P〈0.05). Conclusions The diabetic rats have increased blood glucose, inordinate blood lipid metabolism, significantly increased blood ADMA level, and damaged endothelial function. Rosuvastatin can improve the inordinate blood lipid metabolism, decrease the asymmetric dimethylarginine (ADMA) level, and improve the endothelial function in type 2 diabetic rats.
