父母触摸陪伴对全麻复苏患儿的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨父母触摸陪伴对全麻复苏患儿的影响。方法选取2012年1至10月,ASAⅠ～Ⅱ级腹股沟疝修补术和鞘膜积液翻转术的学龄儿童患儿60例,随机分为观察组和对照组各30例。观察组开展父母陪同(PPRP)服务,有针对性重点培训陪伴父母规范掌握运用触摸陪伴技巧;对照组做好常规术前准备和术后护理。观察两组患儿苏醒前和苏醒后循环和呼吸功能变化,患儿苏醒时间、清醒时间及复苏期的不良反应(包括恶心呕吐、躁动、屏气和呼吸抑制)情况,患儿对身体舒适度的评价情况等。结果两组患儿苏醒前和苏醒后循环和呼吸功能比较,观察组平稳无明显变化(P>0.05),对照组有明显变化(P<0.05);两组患儿苏醒后的循环和呼吸功能比较有明显差异(P<0.05)。观察组苏醒时间和清醒时间均较短,与对照组比较有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论父母触摸陪伴能帮助复苏患儿平稳度过麻醉苏醒期。Objective To investigate the influence of parents＇ touch and accompany for children with general anesthesia recovery. Methods 60 children with general anesthesia from January 2012 to October 2012 were randomly divided into two groups, with 30 cases in each group. The observation group received the parent presence recovery program （PPRP）, training patients to master and use the skill of touch and accompany; the control group received the conventional preoperative preparation and postoperative nursing. The changes of circulation and respiration function before and after palinesthesia, the revival time and consciousness time, the adverse effects during recovery period, the evaluation of children to physical comfort were observed and compared between two groups. Results The observation group had stable circulation and respiration function before and after palinesthesia （P 〉0.05）, but the control group had significant changes （P 〈0.05）; the differences of circulation and respiration fimction after palinesthesia between two groups were statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. The observation group had shorter revival time and consciousness time compared with the control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Parents＇ touch and accompany for children with general anesthesia can help to get through the anesthesia recovery period serenely.
