摘　　要：目的探讨男性老年人性激素和凝血因子与血栓形成倾向的关系。方法取年满60岁来该院住院诊治的男性老年患者共120例,分为2组,每组60例,对照组为未患可能引起中风的基础疾病者、观察组为身患可能引起中风的基础疾病者,对2组进行一些相关指标的观察与血栓形成倾向关系的评价。结果该文病例检测指标与正常参考值比较,很多指标都有变化,但观察组的T降低例数、E2升高例数均明显高于对照组(P<0.01),FIB升高例数亦明显高于对照组(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组的T显著降低和E2显著升高(P<0.01),T/E2比值明显降低,APTT降低而FIB升高(P<0.05)。结论该研究揭示男性老年人这些性激素和凝血指标的改变可能是血栓形成倾向发生的危险因素,而身患可能引起中风基础疾病的观察组更为危险。Objective To explore the relationship of the sex hormones and blood coagulation factors with thrombophilia for the male old people.Methods 120 cases of the male old people in hospitalized that their ages are exceeded 60 years were divided into 2 groups.Each group is 60 cases.The control group is not to suffer from basic diseases that may give rise to apoplexia and the observed group is to suffer from basic diseases that may give rise to apoplexia.The observation of some related indexes and the evaluation of relation with thrombophilia were carried out in 2 groups.Results The many indexes have changes for detected indexes of these cases compared with reference value.The reduced cases of testosterone（T） and increased cases of estradiol（E2）for the observed group are apparently exceeded control group（All are P0.01）,and also,increased cases of fibrinogen（FIB） for the observed group are apparently exceeded control group（P0.05）.T is obviously decreased and E2 is obviously increased（All are P0.01）and the T/E2 ratio is obviously decreased and the activated partial thromboplastin time（APTT） is reduced but FIB is decreased（All are P0.05）.Conclusion This study announce the changes of sex hormones and blood coagulation indexes in male old people that may are dangerous factor of thrombophilia and the observed group to suffer from basic diseases that may give rise to apoplexia is still further dangerous.
