摘  要:毛刷式机械抛光设备根据毛刷安装方式的不同,可以分为两类:横向滚轮式毛刷和纵向盘式毛刷。本文分析了毛刷运动方式,指出毛刷在进入面的加工效率高于毛刷在退出面的加工效率,并从毛刷介质的角度对毛刷磨损进行了研究,把材料的硬度(包括弹性系数,直径,长度)、工作温度和湿度对毛刷磨损速率的影响进行了分析,通过公式D=WL3/0.1473Ed4N指出,毛刷丝的直径越大其硬度越高,磨损速率也越大,毛刷丝越长,硬度越低,同时指出除毛刷丝的硬度以外,在保持其他因素不变的情况下,同种材料下,毛刷丝越硬,磨损越快;温度升高,磨损速率增大,湿度增大,磨损速率减小,但大气环境下,当温度上升,湿度同时上升,这两者变化引起的影响可以相互抵消。本文还通过两类设备加工效率的比较,指出横向滚轮式毛刷适合硬质合金车刀片的切削刃钝化处理,而纵向盘式毛刷适合硬质合金刀片的表面抛光处理。According to installation of a brush, mechanical polishing equipment with brush can be divided into two categories: horizontal wheel brush and vertical disc brush. In the paper, the movement pattern of the brush is analyzed, that brush in the face of the processing efficiency higher than the brush on the exit side of processing efficiency, wear of the brush is investigated in the view of brush media, effects of hardness of the material ( including elastic coefficient, diame- ter, length), working temperature and humidity on the wear rate of the brush are analyzed. By formula D = WL3/ O. 1473Ed4N, the larger the diameter of the brush wire the higher hardness, and the greater the wear rate. Brush wires, the longer the lower hardness. Keeping other factors constant except the hardness of the brush, for the same materials, the harder brush is, the faster the wear is ;the wear rate is increased with temperature ;the wear rate is reduced when the hu- midity is raised. However, under atmospheric environment, the humidity is increased with rising temperature, effects caused by two changes can be counteracted with each other. It is pointed out that by comparision of the processing efficien- cy of two equipments, the horizontal wheel brush is suitable for the cutting edge passivation treatment of carbide turning in- serts, while the vertical disc brush is suitable for the surface polishing treatment of cemented carbide cutting inserts.
