摘 要:介绍了微波加热的原理以及特点,指出微波可对偶极分子、自由移动的离子产生加热效果,且加热时间短、效率高,尤其在染色中运用微波加热,可使织物内部产生热量,这不同于常规热量传递过程,可避免出现染色不匀等瑕疵现象,同时提高染料的吸尽率。另外,综述了国内外微波加热技术在蛋白质纤维染色中的应用,详细列举了在天然色素染丝绸、弱酸性染料染丝绸以及羊毛轧染、浸染、段染染色中,微波的应用以及学者们所研究的结论。表明染料上染受微波功率和时间的影响较大;微波处理会使纤维表面变得粗糙,但对纤维强力、染色牢度稍有促进作用。The principle and characteristic of microwave heating were introduced. It indicates that dipole molecules, freely moving ions can be heated by microwave, with short heating time and high heating efficiency. Because heat are generated from the inner of fabrics which is different with the common heat transfer process, it can avoid dyeing defects and improve the dye exhaustion rate by using microwave heating in dyeing process. The application of microwave heating in dyeing protein fibers were summarized, including the application in dyeing silk by natural pigment, dyeing silk by weak acidic dye, wool pad dyeing process, wool exhaust dyeing and wool var- iegated dyeing, and also introduced some investigators' research results in these fields. The results show that mi- crowave power and time have large influence on dye up-take; the fiber surface will become rough by using mi- crowave heating, but the fiber strength and the colorfastness will be promoted.
