平潭综合实验区两岸共建组织机构设计构想

摘　　要：平潭综合实验区作为大陆对台综合实验区,如何开展两岸共建管理对探索两岸和平发展路径具有特殊意义。在当前两岸关系背景下,平潭综合实验区两岸共建管理还面临一些不可回避的问题。平潭综合实验区应根据两岸共建定位与两岸关系实际,选择相应的共建管理主体,创新设计不同阶段的共建管理组织机构,推进平潭综合实验区两岸合作共建和共同管理。As comprehensive experimental zone for mainland to Taiwan,that how Pingtan comprehensive experimental zone conduct building and management had special meaning for exploring the path of peaceful development. Under the background of the current cross-strait relations, the joint management of Pingtan comprehensive experimental zone was still facing some problems which cannot be avoi- ded. It should select the appropriate subject of management, innovate designing the organizations and institutions of management to improve the joint building and cooperation and joint management of Pingtan comprehensive experimental zone according the orientation of joint building of the cross-straits and the situation of the cross-strait relations.
