摘　　要：通过对数字档案管理和建设现状的分析,提出应用云计算技术构建国家级或省级的数字档案区域管理平台设想,推动以档案数据共享为核心的区域性档案信息网络建设,改进档案整体管理和服务模式,提升档案信息化管理水平和档案资源的利用率。Through analyzing the status quo of the digital archive management and construction, the paper put forward an idea of applying cloud computing technology to build a national or provincial digital archives regional management platform, promote the construction of regional archives information network taking the sharing of file archives data as the core, improve the overall file management and service model to enhance the level of information management and the utilization of file resource.
