摘  要:生物质混燃技术在煤粉炉上的应用已较为广泛,但在我国的应用情况不佳。该技术有许多优越性,但也有一些潜在的技术风险,如积灰、腐蚀、未燃尽碳、电除尘器影响、脱硫设备影响、脱硝设备影响、飞灰利用等,其中积灰和腐蚀的潜在危害最大。介绍了全球生物质技术在煤粉炉上的应用情况,并对潜在技术风险进行了分析和评级;然后对未燃尽碳、电除尘器影响等一些容易被忽视或容易引起争议的潜在技术风险进行了重点分析,并给出了相应防御措施的建议。Biomass co-firing on the pulverized coal boiler has been widely used in the world, but a poor application in China.Even though biomass co-firing has many advantages,there are some potential risks on PC boiler such as deposition,corrosion,unburned carbon,ash utilities, influence on ESP,SCR,FGD et al.Deposition and corrosion are the worst risks.The status of biomass co-firing PC power plant over the world were introduced and a list of potential risks level was presented in this paper.And then this article is focus on analysis of some potential technical risks likely to be ignored or easily disputed,and gives the corresponding countermeasures recommended.
