摘 要:为研究熔融涤纶对亚麻纤维非织造毡的渗渍效果,优化亚麻/低熔点涤纶复合材料板的层间黏结强度,分析了在非织造毡热压成型复合材料过程中温度和压强对亚麻/低熔点涤纶纤维涤纶渗渍情况的影响,通过测试非织造毡内层温度、材料剥离强度和剥离面形貌,研究了压强对非织造毡内部温度的影响.结果表明:由于低熔点涤纶的流变特性,增大压强可以改善非织造毡内外温差;而在外表温度变化不大的情况下快速提高其内部温度可以加快流动与浸透,缩短热压成型时间,从而提高生产效率.In order to enhance the trans-laminar strength of the flax/low melting point polyester(LMPET)non-woven composite,the melt and impregnation of the LMPET fiber in the flax/LMPET non-woven hot-pressing perform were studied.To improve the thermo-bonding of the LMPET fiber,the influence of the temperature and pressure in the compression-mould process were discussed.The temperature of the inner perform,the peeling strength and the stripped surface morphology were obtained.The results showed that increasing the pressure could improve the temperature difference between inside and outside of the fiber mat due to the rheological property of LMPET fiber,while increasing the inside temperature rapidly when the outside temperature changed little would accelerate the flow and impregnation,shorten the time of the extension pressure,and obtain higher production efficiency.
