摘　　要：在减摇鳍的修理标准中,其摇臂的拆装工作应在坞内进行。经过认真的分析和严密组织,突破传统维修框架的束缚,在码头上成功更换减摇鳍摇臂,为平时、也为战时抢修探索出一条新的修理方法。Stabilizing fin has to be repaired in the shipyard according to the repairing standard.Through detailed analysis and careful organization,rocking arm of the stabilizing fin was successfully replaced on the pier.Breaking through the traditional repairing framework,a new method was explored for emergent repairmen in peacetime and wartime.
