摘　　要：以苏南地区20世纪80年代所建典型住宅建筑为例,采用全寿命周期成本理论,构造了建筑围护结构的节能改造技术方案,对各节能改造方案进行了经济性分析,提出了保障既有居住建筑节能改造工作有序推进的机制和政策。Taking the typical residential buildings of South of Jiangsu in the 1980s as the example,the paper adopts the entire life cycle cost theory,establishes the energy-saving reconstruction technique scheme for the architectural enclosure structure,undertakes the economical analysis of all kinds of reconstruction schemes,and points out it can guarantee the orderly mechanism and policy of the energy-saving and reconstruction of existing residential buildings.
