摘　　要：本文将"公共性"概念引入进出境动植检工作,分析了进出境动植检的公共性特点,对什么是进出境动植检的公共价值进行了探讨,提出了进出境动植检公共价值的实现途径。In this paper,the concept of publicity is first introduced into the field of entry and exit animal and plant quarantine.After analyzing the characteristics of publicity of entry and exit animal and plant quarantine work and exploring its public values,this paper summarizes the ways of realization of the public values of entry and exit animal and plant quarantine work.
