摘 要:香梨优斑螟(Euzophera pyriella Yang)作为新疆林果的重要害虫,对水果生产和贸易都有一定的影响。其各虫态的形态特征与近缘种相似,不易进行快速鉴定。本研究选择线粒体DNA细胞色素氧化酶I(COI)基因片段作为物种鉴定的条形码,结合BOLD系统的鉴定工具和系统发育树构建,对香梨优斑螟进行了分子鉴定。结果发现检测的9个样本(成虫、蛹、幼虫和卵)全为香梨优斑螟,相似度在99.23%以上,在以NJ方法构建的系统发育树中,明显与近缘种枇杷暗斑螟(Euzopherabigella)区分开。As a major fruit pest in Xinjiang,Euzophera pyriella Yang affects fruit production and trading.As the morphological characteristics of its different developmental stages are similar to sibling species,it is difficult to rapidly identify them.This study amplified the part of COI gene sequences from the samples collected based on DNA barcoding.We obtained sequence of each individual,compared its similarity with standard sequences in Barcode of Life Data Systems(BOLD),and constructed neighbor-joining trees.According to the result,these nine samples of adults,pupa,larvae and egg were identified as Euzopherea pyriella.The similarity was higher than 99.23%.The NJ phylogenetic tree were similar and clearly distinguished Euzophera pyriella and sibling species Euzophera bigella.
