摘　　要：使用油菜茎基溃疡病菌(Leptosphaeria maculans)特异性引物LmacF/LmacR对一批来自新西兰的青菜种子进行PCR检测,结果呈弱阳性;进一步挑选皱缩、干瘪、变色、小粒、残缺或有霉变的异常种子,PCR扩增后得到清晰的目标条带。挑选的异常种子经病菌分离和菌落纯化后获得3个菌株,其培养性状及形态特征与L.maculans相符,测序结果证实3个菌株均为L.maculans,此为我国口岸检疫部门从大规模商业引种中截获L.maculans的首次报道。Leptosphaeria maculans is the causal agent of blackleg disease on Brassica crops.We isolated L.Maculans on seeds of Brassica chinensis L.imported from New Zealand.Obtained fungus isolates were confirmed through morphology and sequence determination.This is the first report for the identification of L.Maculans from imported vegetable seeds in China.
