摘 要:提出了一种基于光纤干涉原理的二维混频莫尔图像生成方法,并对其进行了数值模拟。它是将多根光纤在互相垂直的方向上紧密排列,布设成"L"型,在两个互相垂直的方向上分别选取不同的三光纤组合,实现三光纤干涉,从而得到多种二维混频莫尔图像。给出了二维混频莫尔图像的理论模型,并利用MATLAB对不同组合的多光纤干涉模型给出了数值模拟结果,进一步验证了该方案的可行性。由此生成的一帧图像具有二维混频信息,将此图像作为结构光发生器的投影图像,更适于对复杂的面形突变物体进行动态且实时的全方位测量。该研究工作为光纤二维混频图像发生器的设计制作和进一步的应用研究奠定了基础。The method of producing 2D optical fiber mixing frequency pattern based on multi-optical fi- ber interference was proposed. The numerical simulation results of the fringe were conducted. The multi-optical fibers were closely arranged in a mutually perpendicular direction, laid into the L-type, dif- ferent combinations of three fibers were selected in two mutually perpendicular directions respectively to achieve three optical fibers interference. A variety of two-dimensional mixing frequency images were obtained. The theoretical model of mixing frequency images and numerical simulation results were given by MATLAB. The feasibility of the method was further verified. The image having two-dimensional mixing information, as a structured light generator, is more suitable to be used for dynamical and real time, full range measurement about complex surface shape mutant objects. The research has laid a sound foun- dation for the design and further application of 2D optical fiber mixing frequency pattern projector.
