摘 要:以亚铁氰化钾为探针,循环伏安法研究了8-羟基喹啉-铝络合物修饰碳糊电极的电化学行为,实验表明,8-羟基喹啉-铝络合物为修饰剂对亚铁氰化钾的氧化还原过程具有电化学催化行为,使亚铁氰化钾氧化还原峰电位提前,峰电流增加,峰-峰电位差减小。络合比对催化作用有影响,络合比为1∶1型为最佳;在给定修饰物浓度下0.25mL的8-羟基喹啉-铝络合物修饰为最佳,形成完美的单分子修饰层。The electrochemical catalystic behavior of 8-hydroxyquinoline-aluminum complex modified carbon paste electrode was studied experimentally by cyclic voltammetry with Potassium ferrocyanide as an electrochemical probe. The results indicate that 8-hydroxyquinoline-aluminum complex modification of carbon paste electrode shows a typical catalysis behavior for the Potassium ferrocyanide probe in reducing peak potentials, increasing the peak currents of the oxidation and reduction, and decreasing the peak-peak potentioal differences in the cyclic voltammograms. The coordination molecular ratio of the 8-hydroxyquinoline^aluminum shows a obvious influence on catalysis, and the best molecular ratio was tested as 1 " 1. The amount of modifier also shows a great influence on the catalytic behavior. The oxidation peak current was increases with the decrease of volume of 8-hydroxyquinoline-aluminum complex at given concentration, when 0. 25 mL of 8-hydroxyquinoline-aluminum complex beening the best amount, which implies the formation of a perfect single molecular layer.
