摘  要:合成了一种适用于聚乙烯醇压裂液的有机硼交联剂YL-J.确定最佳合成条件为:硼砂质量分数20%,丙三醇25%,二乙醇胺30%,氢氧化钠1%~5%,反应时间4.0 h,反应温度80℃.流变实验表明,交联剂YL-J与聚乙烯醇稠化剂交联产生的冻胶在80℃剪切速率为170 s^(-1)下连续剪切3 600 s,压裂液黏度250 mPa·s.静态悬砂实验表明,该压裂液体系具有较好的携砂性,砂子的沉降速度低于0.18 mm/s.破胶实验表明,聚乙烯醇压裂液破胶液黏度为2.3 mPa·s,低于油田要求的10 mPa·s,残渣质量浓度为79 mg/L.实验结果表明,有机硼交联剂YL-J交联的聚乙烯醇压裂液完全能满足压裂现场施工的要求.An organic boron crosslinking agent YL-J was prepared for polyvinyl alcohol fracturing fluid,its optimal synthetic conditions are the borax of 20%(mass fraction),glycerol of 25%,diethanolamine of 30%,sodium hydroxide of 1%~5%,the reaction time of 4.0 h and reaction temperature of 80℃.The Theological experiments showed that the jelly glue obtained by the crosslinking reaction of YL-J(cross linking agent) and polyvinyl alcohol(thickening agent) has yet a high viscosity of 250 mPa·s after being sheared for 3 600 s at the shear rate of 170 s^(-1)at 80℃.The static suspending sand experiments showed that the polyvinyl alcohol fracturing fluid has good sand-carrying performance,and the settling speed of sand is lower than 0.18 mm/s.The gel breaking tests showed that the viscosity of the gel breaking liquid is 2.3 mPa·s,which is less than 10 mPa·s required in oilfield application,and the mass concentration of residue is 79 mg/L.The experimental results showed that,the polyvinyl alcohol fracturing fluid crosslinked by organic boron crosslinker YL-J could fully meet the requirements of site fracturing construction.
