摘　　要：目的探讨黄花败酱草对肝癌血道转移小鼠的影响。方法小鼠尾静脉接种H22肝癌细胞悬液,建立血道转移模型,用黄花败酱草水提液干预,观察小鼠体重、免疫器官和肺部转移瘤生长情况。结果黄花败酱草作用的小鼠,肺部转移灶数较对照组明显减少,体重和免疫器官重量明显增加。结论黄花败酱草具有一定的抑制小鼠H22肝癌血道转移的作用。Objective To explore the effect ofPatrinia Scabiosaefolia on blood metastasis of hepatoma cells. MethodsThe blood metastasis model was established by subcutaneous injection of H22 cells into the mouse tail vein. The changes of body weight, the weight of immune organs, lung metastasis after handling by the water extract of Patrinia Scabiosaefolia were observed. Results Compared to model group, in Patrinia Scabiosaefolia treated group, the body weight and the weight of immune organs increased obviously, and lung metastasis number decreased. Conclusion Patrinia Scabiosaefolia has inhibitory effect on the blood metastasis of hepatocarcinoma.
