摘 要:目的确定臭氧在一定浓度下治疗椎间盘突出的最佳有效容量。方法将符合入选条件的90例腰椎间盘突出症的患者随机分为3组,给予不同剂量的盘内臭氧治疗(5,15,25 mL),随访3个月,对比研究疗效及不良反应。结果 5 mL组的疗效与其他两组的疗效相比有统计学差异,15 mL及25 mL组之间则无。结论盘内注射臭氧治疗腰椎间盘突出症的有效剂量为15 mL左右。Objective To determine the best available capacity in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation in some concentrations of ozone. Methods Ninety cases meeting the inclusion criteria for patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into three groups, given different doses of ozone disc injection (5,15,25 mL), and followed up for 3 months. The efficacy and adverse effect were investigated. Results Compared with the other two groups, the efficacy in 5ml group was statistically significant. There was no difference between 15mL group and 25mL group. Conclusion The best available dose in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation by ozone disc injection can be about 15mL.
