摘　　要：近年来,预约挂号在各大医院中的应用越来越广泛,它可以使社会、医院、患者多方受益。我院对预约挂号的各种形式,从流程、实施、功能及应用等几个方面进行了探索和实践。In the recent years, appointment registration is used more and more widely in many big hospitals, this kind of method also benefits the whole society, hospital and the patients. Our hospital gives a lot of research dealing with the procedure, the application, the function and the practical ways.
