摘 要:重庆市主城区空气污染程度具有较强的季节特征:整个冬季污染较重,夏半年则相对较轻;三峡工程成库后,库区温度、湿度、降水、雾情、风力、风速等局地气象因素因水位抬升而发生改变,重湿和暖冬的气候特征尤为加重;冬季,由于水温高于气温,下垫面空气受到水库的加热,使得冬季的逆温状况相对减弱,污染物在垂直方向上得以扩散;而在夏季由于太阳辐射,水汽蒸发,空气湿重致使稳定度增加,对污染物的扩散造成不利,预测在排放不变的情况下,预计在排放不变的情况下,重庆市主城区空气污染程度全年平均大约有0.80%的好转,冬季蓄水期的5个月有1.42%的好转,夏季有两个月会有0.22%-0.37%的恶化;成库后2年空气污染指数数据验证表明,空气质量好转,污染程度月度偏差缩小。Air pollution in Chongqing City has a strong seasonal characteristics , heavily polluted through the winter , relatively lighter in the summer , After the three gorges project finished , local meteorological factors such as temperature , humidity , wind speed , precipitation , fog changed by the water level lifts.Heavy wet and mild winter is particularly aggravated.In winter , due to the water temperature higher than air temperature , the temperature inversion in relatively less , pollutants easy to spread in vertical direction.In summer , Due to solar radiation , water vapor evaporation , air stability increase negatively on pollutant diffusion.Is expected to be discharged the same cases , air pollution in Chongqing City annual average improvement in some 0.8% , 1.42%improved during the 5months of winter storage period , two months in the summer will have 0.22%to 0.37% deterioration..The air pollution index data indicated that after the reservoir store water , air quality improved and monthly deviation reduced..
