飞秒制瓣LASIK手术的配合及护理探讨

摘　　要：[目的]探讨飞秒制瓣LASIK手术的配合以及护理体会。[方法]对1800例飞秒制瓣LASIK手术病人予以术前心理护理、术中护理以及手术后宣教等全面护理。[结果]本组病人全部顺利完成手术。术后1个月屈光情况:3488眼等值球镜屈光度在±0.5D范围内,达到96.9%,均在±1.0D范围内;手术后裸眼最佳视力1.5,裸眼最低视力0.6,3330眼病人裸眼视力≥1.0,达到92.5%。其中3 524眼达到术前最佳矫正视力,占97.9%。手术后1周病人手术满意率100%。[结论]飞秒制瓣LASIK手术能矫正病人近视屈光度,是一种近视治疗安全有效的方法。护理人员应该加强学习,规范手术流程,全方位细致的护理是手术取得满意效果的重要措施。Objective：To probe into operation coordination and nursing experience of patients undergoing femtosecond flap LASIK surgery.Methods：comprehensive care including preoperative psychological care,intraoperative care and missions after surgery were given to 1800 patients undergoing femtosecond flap LASIK surgery. Results：All 1800 cases（3600 eyes） finished operation successfully.The refractive situations after 1 month：spherical equivalent refraction of 3488 eyes was in±0.5D range,up 96.9%,all were in±1.0D range.After operation,the best naked vision was 1.5,and the lowest naked vision was 0.6.The naked vision of 3330 eyes in patients reached over 1.0,accounting for 92.5%.3524 eyes reached preoperative best corrected visual acuity,accounting for 97.9%.The surgery satisfaction rate of patients was100% in a week after surgery.Conclusion：Femtosecond flap LASIK surgery can correct myopia of patients,is a safe and effective method for myopia treatment.Nurses should enhance learning and standardize surgical procedures.Comprehensive and meticulous care is an important measure to achieve satisfactory results.
