摘 要:针对传统的SF6高压断路器零部件多、传动机构复杂、不便于实时控制的问题,结合电力电子技术和电机设计的概念提出一种基于永磁无刷直流电机驱动断路器的方法。根据高压断路器对操动机构的性能需求,确定电机主要参数,给出电机瞬态仿真波形。分析起动过程中电机转角与电机转矩的波形曲线,得到永磁无刷直流电机驱动机构的最优控制策略。对三相机械联动分闸与合闸进行现场数据采集,并对开合同期性进行了验证。实验波形的计算结果表明:永磁无刷直流电机驱动的操动机构可根据预先设定的操作特性曲线实现对SF6高压断路器的操作,能够满足SF6高压断路器操作的要求。To solve the problem that traditional SF6 high voltage circuit breaker has many parts, transmission mechanism is complex and does not suit real-time control, combing with the concept of power electronics technology and motor design, a method is put forward based on permanent magnet brushless DC motor(BLDCM) driving circuit breaker. According to performance requirements of high voltage circuit breaker to operating mechanism, main parameter of the motor and transient simulation waveform was de- termined. The optimal control of BLDCM driving mechanism was obtained by analyzing waveform curve of starting motor angle and motor torque. Data of three-phase mechanical linkage opening and closing was collected, and the synchronism was verified. The calculation of experimental waveform results show that the motor operating mechanism is well performed according to the preset operating characteristic curve and the mechanism meets the requirements of SF6 high voltage circuit breaker operating.
