摘 要:针对电励磁爪极发电机效率低、永磁爪极发电机磁场调节困难的问题,提出一种新型结构的混合励磁无刷爪极发电机,该电机由永磁体与励磁绕组共同作用产生电机磁场,通过改变励磁电流的大小和方向,可以实现电机磁场的调节,同时励磁绕组静止,取消了电刷-滑环结构,实现了无刷化,提高了发电机工作的可靠性。由于电机结构及磁路的复杂性,采用三维有限元法对电机的空载磁场分布及磁场调节能力进行了分析,分析结果表明:在结构参数相同的情况下,与电励磁爪极发电机相比,新型混合励磁无刷爪极发电机具有气隙磁通密度高、磁场调节范围宽和低速输出性能好的特点。brid excitation brushless claw-pole alternator (HEBCA) is proposed in this paper. Its magnetic field was contributed by permanent magnet and excitation winding. The machine topology and operation principle were described. In addition, the no-load magnetic field distributions and the capability of flux control were obtained based on three dimensional finite element analysis (3 - D FEA). The results show that HEBCA has higher power density and air gap flux density in the same structure parameter compared with electric excitation claw-pole alternator. And it also has the advantages of good low - speed characteristics and low excitation loss. Key words:claw pole alternator; hybrid excitation; brushless; 3 -D finite element analysis
