微型钛夹板内固定治疗下颌骨骨折54例分析

摘　　要：目的分析微型钛夹板内固定治疗下颌骨骨折的临床应用。方法回顾54例下颌骨骨折的微型钛夹板内固定治疗过程。结果48例患者术后咬合关系恢复良好，6例患者在术后出现轻度错颌，经颌间牵引后，咬合关系恢复良好，所有患者术后3周均可进固体食物。结论微型钛板坚固内固定术提高了骨段间的稳定性，加快了骨断端愈合及咀嚼功能恢复。Objective To analyze the clinical application of miniature titanium plate internal fixation for the treatment of mandibular fracture. Methods 54 cases of micro titanium plate mandibular fracture fixation process. Results 48 eases of occlusion patients recovered well, 6 patients in the postoperative slight malocclusion, the intermaxillary traction, adjustable jaw, occlusion and good recovery, and all patients 3 weeks after surgery can into the solid food. Conclusion the titanium miniplate rigid internal fixation of bone segments to improve the stability, accelerate the recovery of bone stump healing and masticatory function.
