摘  要:目的探讨放大内镜下窄带成像(NBI)技术在早期食管癌诊断中的临床应用。方法应用NBI结合放大内镜观察87例患者食管黏膜表面血管结构,对所有普通内镜及NBI可疑阳性部位均取活检。结果本研究纳入87例患者,NBI模式对病变的检出率高于普通模式(P〈0.05)。结论NBI可清晰显示早期食管癌的毛细血管结构形态,NBI在临床上的应用可提高早期食管癌、癌前病变的诊断率。Objective To investigate the magnifying endoscopic narrow-band imaging (NBI) technique in the clinical application of early diagnosis of esophageal cancer. Methods: using NBI combined with magnifying endoscopy was observed in 87 cases of esophageal mucosa vascular structure of capillary loops, on all common endoscope and NBI were suspicious positive biopsy site. Results: 87 patients were included in this study, NBI model on lesion detection rate is higher than that of common mode (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: NBI can clearly show the early esophageal cancer capillary morphology, clinical application of NBI can improve the early diagnosis of esophageal cancer, precancerous lesions of the rate.
