无症状期HIV感染者生存质量及其影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解无症状期HIV感染者的生存质量及其影响因素。方法用中文版WHOQOL-HIV-BREF量表,对105例处于无症状期HIV感染者进行问卷调查,计算其生存质量总分及各领域得分,采用单因素及多因素分析生存质量的影响因素。结果单因素分析的结果显示性别、年龄、婚姻状况、文化程度、体重指数和传播途径对患者生存质量各领域得分及总分有不同程度的影响,而CD4+T细胞计数对生存质量没有影响。多因素分析结果显示心理维度和独立性维度得分与文化程度呈正相关;精神支柱个人信仰得分与CD4+T细胞计数呈正相关,与性别和婚姻状况也有相关性(P<0.05);总的生存质量得分与性别有相关性(P<0.05)。结论无症状期HIV患者生存质量较低,并且受性别、文化程度和CD4+T细胞计数的影响,应针对这些影响因素进行积极干预,从而提高患者的生存质量。Objective To study the quality of life and its influential factors among HIV infectors in asymptomatic stage. Methods The quality of life of 105 HIV infectors in asymptomatic stage were evaluated by WHOQOL-HIV- BREF questionnaire of Chinese version, and the total and six domains＇ score of quality of life were calculat- ed. ANOVA and multiple linear regression model was applied to analyze the influencing factor of the quality of life. Results The resuhs of ANOVA showed that gender, age, education, marital status, body mass in- dex and transmission ways all exerted different influence on the final score of quality of life, except for the CD4 ＋ T-cell counts. The results of multiple linear regression model also showed the scores of psychological domain and independent domain were positively correlated with education level, the score of spirituality/reli- gion/personal belief domain was positively correlated with marital status and CIM ~ T-cell counts （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The total score of quality of life was correlated with gender （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions The quality of life of HIV infectors in asymptomatic stage, which is influenced by various aspects, is much lower than normal lev- el. So active intervenes must be taken to improve the quality of life of them.
